This limited edition artisan extra virgin olive oil is produced with passion by our family owned olive orchard in the green hills of Chrisofora, that rests in the municipality of Messini, Messinia and within the region of Kalamata.

Olives are handpicked as part of a natural cultivation process and then cold extracted at the mill within hours using a traditional hydraulic press.
